HOW WILL I LIVE?
You will stay at the academy in Kampala, which is the capital of Uganda.
The city center is only minutes away by boda-boda (taxi)
There are great restaurants in the heart of the city with good WiFi to stay connected with your family and friends
Most of the restaurants also have swimming pools for those who want to swim
DISCOVER UGANDA
Uganda is known as the Pearl of Africa. There are many sites that give you the opportunity to experience the beauty of the country.
National parks with breath-taking scenery and a range of wild animals

Why our academy?
An internship at the Adonai Academy is the perfect opportunity for students or recent graduates to get put the theory they learnt in class into practice.
Our interns are a part of the academy – involved and engaged from their first day. The interns that join our team come from different backgrounds and bring their talents to drive the organization, grow our people and make an impact.
Below are some examples of internships that are available for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
Marketing internship/volunteer
Become an intern/volunteer at Adonai Academy in marketing.
Are you dreaming about getting an exclusive insight into how Adonai Academy is managed, or are you interested in making a difference? Then an internship here at Adonai Academy might be something for you.
At Adonai Academy, you will get the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks within management, project management, marketing on social media and much more. An interest in football is great, but definitely not required, all applicants are welcome! If this sounds like something for you, you’re more than welcome to contact us.
Football internship/volunteer
This internship/volunteer program focuses solely on the football aspect of the academy. You will work within the football department and gain invaluable experience on how our academy is operated and run. Undergraduate and graduate students with relevant studies should apply.
Physiotherapy internship/volunteer
Are you working with clinics or hospitals back home? Or else you’re interested in discovering what physiotherapy is all about? This is a great opportunity to teach or learn together with a dedicated team in Uganda where your ideas will highly be valued during your stay. You will get the opportunity to work with player’s rehabilitation and conditioning on and off the pitch to make them ready and stronger for both match day and training session.
